1. Service description
The service consists of a space optimization study, including analysis of the existing layout and one or more spatial reorganization proposals.
This is a consultative and intellectual service, excluding construction work or site supervision.
2. Scope of the study
The study may include:

Analysis of the existing layout

Optimization of circulation and use

Redistribution proposals

Clear and readable plans
The sole purpose of the proposals is to support informed decision-making.
3. Responsibility
The provider proposes, structures and prioritizes spatial solutions.
Final decisions and execution of works remain the sole responsibility of the client and the professionals they appoint.
4. Pricing and payment
Pricing is fixed, based on property size, and communicated in advance.
The study begins after quotation approval and payment.
5. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of Spanish courts.
